1) **Conserve Energy** - Turn off all AC and lights when you leave the home. - During a power outage that happens more often than not, turn off the living room AC to conserve energy. 2) **No Parking Inside Garage** - You can park in the driveway. 3) **Respect the Property & Neighbors** - Please treat our home AND neighbors with respect and courtesy. Report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay. - Sensitive plumbing system: Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. 4) **Quiet Hours** - Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 5) **No Smoking** - This is a smoke-free home. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. 6) **Swimming Pool** - NO JUMPING from the deck. - No lifeguard onsite. - Swim at your own risks. - No minors or children allowed in the pool without adult supervision. - Children must wear life jackets. - The debris at the bottom is dust from farmland behind the house, not algae. 7) **Use of Amenities** - Feel free to use all available amenities. If you have any questions on how to operate anything, don’t hesitate to ask. - Swimming pool light switch is in master bedroom. - Pool table and bar light switch is to immediate left side when approaching the pool table and bar area. Then look up, switch is in a electrical box with cover. Open cover to access switch. 8) **Garbage Disposal** - Please dispose of garbage. Trash cans are located on the street near PR flag light pole. 9) **Emergency Contact:** - In case of an emergency, please contact us immediately or dial 911. 10) **Wi-Fi** - Feel free to connect to our Wi-Fi. - The solar system relies on Wi-Fi for communication during power outages. - Tampering with internet connection and/or exterior cameras will result in an immediate termination.
