1) **Conserve Energy** - Turn off all AC and lights when you leave the home. - During a power outage that happens more often than not, turn off the living room AC to conserve energy.   2) **No Parking Inside Garage** - You can park in front of the garage and/or the house. - Please do not remove the black patio chairs from the premises. You are welcome to use the smaller beach chairs, which can be found in the bedroom closets along with the cooler. 3) **Respect the Property & Neighbors**    - Please treat our home AND neighbors with respect and courtesy. Report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay. - Sensitive plumbing system: Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. - Do not remove the 4 black patio chairs from the premises. Feel free to use the 4) **Quiet Hours**    - Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.   5) **No Smoking**    - This is a smoke-free home. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. 6) **Wi-Fi** - Feel free to connect to our Wi-Fi. - The solar system relies on Wi-Fi for communication during power outages. - Tampering with internet connection and/or exterior cameras will result in an immediate termination.
